"I've known Eli since 2005. From day one, I noticed a few key things about him. He is an excellent listener, with a true care for the human soul - when he looks you in the eye as you speak to him, you can truly see the words and thoughts being absorbed into his brain; he is also extremely smart and passionate about business and world culture - a pair of life's aspects that with the right advice will give anyone the upper hand in success; finally, he is a man with a good heart and upholds excellent character - making him a trusted confidant. These core traits are the reason why we are best friends. He has helped me through many professional and life situations, and I am confident he will help you too."

"Eli has helped me figure out my value as an artist, which more often than not can be very difficult. He organized a budget to help me supplement the materials I needed to get my freelance work ready for my clients. He also helped me create a resume that truly highlighted my skills and assets. I wouldn't have been able to do what I truly love as a livelihood without his help and guidance."

"Before working with Eli I was the girl who bit her nails at the end of the month hoping there would be enough money left in her bank account for bills after buying $6 lattes all month long. My concept of a savings account was keeping the change leftover from those Starbucks trips in a jar in my bedroom. Not exactly a diverse investment portfolio to say the least. After Eli became aware of my lack of financial know-how he posed a few question in terms that my twenty-something mind could understand. If this description sounds like someone that you may know, please intervene on their behalf and refer them to Eli Bohemond. He helped me to understand the real value of my money and taught me to allocate it with purpose and precision. Thanks to Eli not only do I rest assured knowing that I can meet my monthly expenses, but I feel empowered as a financially independent woman who can not just survive but thrive!"

transitioning to College
"Eli Bohemond is a fantastic person and mentor. Although exceptionally intelligent, he does not hold himself above others in conversation. He has been a mentor to me through the college application process and the advice that he has given me has proved indispensable. While working with Eli, I felt that he was truly focused on what was important to me and he helped me to better understand my passions and provided real world scenarios while trying to determine an appropriate major selection."

"Eli played a critical role in helping me obtain my current position. I reached out to Eli because I needed help with my resume and cover letter. He enhanced my chances of being selected by teaching me how to cater my resume to each job description. He was persistent in making sure that I maintained a professional demeanor both in-person and on paper. He also coached me through various situations and questions that helped me own my interviews. In the end, I secured a good job and I couldn't have done it without Eli's help."
-- Hailie DiMenna,
Assistant Project
Manager
"When I first spoke with Eli, I only wanted to work on finding a career that was in line with my passions. Through the process I started to realize that the patterns of behavior that affected my professional life were the exact same patterns that affected my personal life. I have always been the type of person that was quick to accept a new opportunity, which didn't always turn out to be the best move for me. Now, I actually take a step back to consider all of my options before making an important decision, not only in the workplace, but in all the other areas of my life. My relationships and connections with people around me have grown exponentially and I cannot thank Eli enough for his wonderful insight and support!"

I am a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. Holding a dual major (B.S. of Accounting and B.S. in International Studies) and dual minor (International Business and French), I began my career in management consulting in Washington D.C. After working in professional services for four years and helping my clients effectively improve their business decisions, I realized that my happiness stemmed from bringing value directly to the lives of others. My fondest memories at work included coaching and mentoring my peers, attending campus recruiting trips, giving in-class presentations and conducting interviews. In my free time I found myself assisting friends, colleagues, and students edit their resumes, write cover letters, and manage their finances. I heard the excitement in their voices when they'd tell me about their upcoming interview, their new job offer, or how they finally had enough money saved to take that dream vacation. I wanted to make this my career and I will stop at nothing to help my clients achieve their goals.
